Adventure City
For a more budget-friendly entertainment and thrill option in Anaheim your group should look into a visit to Adventure City, a highly beloved Anaheim attraction meant for kids and families. This Anaheim alternative theme park offers rides, shows, and other various attractions such as the popular rock climbing wall and onsite arcade. The park hosts private and corporate events, birthday and theme parties, and school and/or student group trips regularly, working excellently with large groups!
Again, Adventure City is more geared toward groups with ages under 12, offering such rides as the Rewind Racers Coaster, Giggle Wheel, Thomas the Tank Engine, and one of the most thrilling at the park, the 45 foot Drop Zone. There is a Children’s Theater, Petting Farm, Rock Climbing Wall, Arcade, and several other various attractions here as well. There will also be places to stop for food, the offered options including pizza, salads, sandwiches, hot dogs, curly fries, nachos, and typical carnival-style deserts (aka kid favorites)!
One of our favorite things about Adventure City is how willing they are to work with groups, offering a considerable admission and lunch menu discount for groups of 20 or more. If you have more than 50 in your group we will need to call ahead to make reservations for you, but Adventure City has handled private events of up to 2,000 people in the past. Admission will be under $20, parking is free, and lunch is cheap. When you take all these budget and group friendly factors and combine them with the plain and simple fun your kids will have while here, it’s almost a no-brainer to stop by!
