Liberty Ride is one exciting way to tour the New England area that birthed our independence. You’re going to love this look at Lexington and Concord. These historic sites set the stage for the revolution that led to our liberty. Your costumed guide will take you to the battlefields, historic meeting places, and monuments commemorating the events and heroes of the revolution. Through these stories and the attractions that accompany them you will truly live that first day of the Revolution and gain an even greater appreciation for the American passion that freed us. Sites include:
Orchard House – The home of the Alcott family, famously fictionalized in Little Women
Concord Museum – Historical exhibits including the Revere lantern, period rooms, and Thoreau’s writing desk from Walden Pond
Minute Man National Historical Park – Historic grounds and exhibits dedicated to the colonial soldiers from American history
Buckman Tavern – Gathering place for the Lexington militia
