WHAT: Exhibits on America’s drug history
The Drug Enforcement Administration, or DEA, is a great choice for educational tours. Its mission is to educate its visitors on America’s history with drug addiction and subsequent drug law enforcement. You’ll learn all about it through state-of-the-art exhibits, and engaging, interactive displays. They include a Modern History of Illegal Drugs in America, Target America (Opening Eyes to the Damage Drugs Cause), and a look at prescription drug use as well. This museum will inform students far beyond their basic understanding of the past and current drug problem in America and what the Drug Enforcement Administration is doing to combat the issue.
