Circle B Bar Reserve
This attraction is in central Florida and is part of our Polk County student ecotours.
This land was purchased in 2000 to serve as a nature preserve and wildlife habitat. The reserve is maintained as environmental land. Inside the reserve their are hiking trails available. For the more experienced hiker the Oak Hammock Interpretive Trail is perfect. The trail is 3.4 miles round trip from the parking lot and back. For more relaxed and younger groups, the Lake View Trail is a perfect fit. Being only a half mile trail round trip, your group can leisurely stroll around the reserve and discover all that nature has to offer. If your student groups get hungry along the way, there are picnic tables located throughout the reserve along the trails. The reserve is open 5:00 am to 8:30 pm daily.
