Open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily, this visitor’s center is more than just that. It is Florida’s adventure center! At this state of the art interactive center you may take a virtual balloon ride that showcases the area and local attractions. While at the Polk Outpost pick up your free passport to Adventure and Savings. This book includes offers and coupons to many of the area’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Try your luck on the putting green! Or just relax on the back porch overlooking the pond filled with our famous large-mouth bass. Here at the Polk Outpost, our staff is more than willing to answer any questions about the area, its local attractions and restaurants.
