When in Carthage, visit The Precious Moments Art Museum where Sam Butcher has opened the house he used to call home. Here visitors can see the collection of world treasures on display and art, his own as well as others’, from around the world. Visitors can also see the Precious Moments Fountain of Angels. This is a light and water show set to music, which features Precious Moments artwork. The music is a soundtrack by the London Philharmonic Orchestra. This is another spiritually inspiring offering by Sam Butcher to honor God. It requires more than one day visiting all Sam Butcher has to offer the 400,000 plus visitors annually. Since 1999, he has added The Wedding Island Tour, a mansion Sam moved onto an island on a 40-acre lake. The Precious Moments Wedding Chapel contains a wedding mural and magnificent stained glass windows. Visitors can stay at the Precious Moments Hotel or Cubby Bear's RV Park as you wish.
