Garden of the Gods is the #1 most visited attraction in the Pikes Peak Region. Once you see it you will understand why as you will see the beauty and majesty of God’s creation. The red rock formations are incredible to view. Not only can groups enjoy gazing at the rock gardens but they can learn about the park's geology and experience Native-American culture. There are nature presentations at the Visitor & Nature Center which are free and last about 20 minutes. Topics might include discussions about geology, ecology, wildlife, and the rich cultural history of the Colorado Springs area. Take time to go horseback riding through the Garden of the Gods. There are several local stables to be found that will offer guided or self guided rides through the rock garden.
