Ford Rouge Factory Tour

Visit a working factory while in Dearborn, MI. In 2004 the Ford Rouge Factory opened to the public, giving visitors a view of the vehicle manufacturing industry, past and present. During this self-guided tour you will learn about the history of the Rouge, its achievements and misfortunes. Also take a 360-degree look into the building of vehicles in a multi-sensory theater. Next find yourself atop the world’s largest living roof - 80 feet in the air on the observation deck. End the visit by taking part in the plant’s walking tour where you can see where the newest Ford pickups are assembled; even having the opportunity to view the final process from an elevation deck.
