St. Louis Attractions

St. Louis Zoo

This award winning zoo is a great place to bring student travel groups. This amazing zoo lies in Forest Park, which is an urban park larger than the NY central park! Recently the zoo built an all new ape and primate building which is definitely worth seeing, as well as the elephants, polar bear, and the penguin shelter. The greatest part of this zoo is that admission is free!

The St. Louis Arch

This mazzive arch-way (630 ft) is known at the "Gateway to the West." There are many attractions to see around the Arch park. The most exciting part is the tram ride to the top of the arch where you get view the city of St. Louis and see the progress the city has made since 1965.

Missouri Botanical Garden

This amazing garden is a must see on a trip to St. Louis. The colors and flowers are simply astounding. The glass sculptures that adorn the garden are also awe-inspiring and whimsical. You can tour the gardens yourself or take a tram.

St. Louis Art Museum

This amazing art museum has a ton of different exhibits to see. There are a large range of crafts represented from Asian arts all the way to ornate furniture. This museum is part of Forest Park, and has free admission.

St. Louis Science Center

There is no admission fee for this great science center. There are over 100 hands on activities to enjoy as well as very instructural exhibits. Take your group through the space exhibit or marvel at the life-like dinosaurs in the downstairs dino display. This is a must see for educational tours.

Six Flags

Experience the rides and thrills of Six Flags. Featuring several jaw-dropping coasters and other rides, this is the perfect place to spend the day unwinding with your student tour group.

Busch Stadium

Come see the new Busch stadium, home of the 2006 World Series Champions, the Cardinals. Enjoy a good game of baseball and enjoy the views from the ball park. This is a perfect activity for any student travel group.

Grant's Farm

Grant's farm is the perfect place to visit for close animal encounters. Experience the thrill of many different animal shows, amyn of which feature trained birds that take amazing flights over the crowd. There is also a tram ride through the animal park where you can several different animals roaming on free range. There is also a petting zoo where you can bottle feed baby goats and of course, the famous Busch Clydesdales are there too.

City Museum

This museum is unlike any other museum. Many of the activities at this museum involve, hiding, exploring, crawling, climbing, and sliding through exhibits. This is definetely a hands on museum that features a multi-level enchanted forest, a huge aquarium, and a museum of oddities.
