Trump Towers is a beautiful skyscraper that towers at the corner of Central Park West and Central Park South. Donald Trump and the Equitable Life Assurance Company worked together to develop the 58-story skyscraper, which is officially named the Trump International Hotel and Tower. The building was first opened on November 30th 1983. Forbes Magazine in 2006 valued Trump Towers at $318 million. Students will enjoy the site since it entered the pop culture landscape as the setting for the show The Apprentice with the very recognizable Donald Trump. The building is both residential and used for offices. Plus, it has a five-level atrium with a brilliant skylight above, a waterfall with a bridge over its pool, shops and cafes.
