It is located at 2501 Marketplace Drive, right behind the popular Central Texas Marketplace, an outdoor shopping complex. The hotel is conveniently located for student travel groups, off of I-35 and near Downtown Waco, attractions and museums, the Waco Regional Airport, and Baylor University. 

Inside each of the 123 spacious rooms are a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, as well as a free in-room movie channel. Complimentary copies of the USA Today newspaper are available to guests who stay at the hotel Monday through Friday.
