Buzzard Billy's
You don’t have to travel to Louisiana to get incredible Cajun-Creole food! Buzzard Billy's is located at 100 N Jack Kultgen Expressway, at the intersection of Interstate 35 and the beautiful Brazos River. It specializes in true Texas Cajun cuisine in a fun and funky atmosphere. Perfect for student travel groups who want to sample a little “vulture culture.” Group travelers will surely remember this one of a kind dining experience. The Waco location was the very first Buzzard Billy’s restaurant. The group has since opened locations in Wisconsin, Iowa and Nebraska.
With such appetizers as Gator Fingers and Armadillo Eggs and delectable delicacies such as Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredeaux and Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage, Buzzard Billy’s is not your average dining experience.
While New Orleans chefs, especially the Creole-Italians, have always loved to create pasta dishes, this restaurant creates jazzed-up twists in their dishes that use only the freshest and finest ingredients available. All dinners are served with fresh French bread to compliment any meal.
Buzzard Billy’s is open Monday – Thursday from 11 AM – 10 PM and Friday – Sunday from 11 AM – 11 PM.
