Why Book Early?

Student Travel, educational tours, and field trips are all very exciting and usually appeal to large groups of students. However, despite the popularity and excitement that goes along with a student tour, there are many things that can dampen all of the enthusiasm.

Here is a list of things that can cause a student tour or field trip to lose some of its appeal if things are not reserved in a timely manner:

• Limited Space on Airlines
• Limited Motor Coach Availability
• Limited Space in Specific Hotels
• Limited Tour Guide Availability
• Limited Space at some Attractions

These are only a few of the reasons why your group will want to book early. Just keep in mind that the closer to your travel dates that you actually book the reservations and send in your deposits, the less space will be available for your group and/or the higher the transportation costs will be.

Also remember, when we give you a quote for a tour, it is based upon availability at the time of your request. Nothing is actually booked or confirmed until we have received your authorized agreement and your entire deposit. Once we have received these, your price will be finalized and confirmed for your group and we will notify you of the confirmation and of any price change, if any.
