Farmer's Market

The Nashville Farmer’s Market is THE place to go for the freshest produce and most creative crafts Nashville has to offer! NFM is home year-round to hundreds of farmers and ranchers, artisans, restaurateurs, shop-owners, crafters and flea merchants; you’ll discover prime locally raised/grown meats, seasonal produce and live plants, flowers and herbs, handcrafted soaps and candles, cheeses, honey, baked goods, special events, live entertainment, and great eats right here! With all that food and fun to offer, it's no wonder this farmer's market has been attracting steady crowds since its early beginnings on the town square in the 1800s.

There are over 150 farmers/merchants in the peak season (May-November)  in the outdoor Farm Sheds, and 14 local restauranteurs and shopkeeps at the Market House. You can get everything from brick oven pizzas to Jamaican jerk chicken here. The Grow Local Kitchen is also in this area, with plenty of fresh foods and fresh ideas for the onsite cooking and sustainability courses.
