The Parker Family Maple Farm is a five generation family farm in West Chazy, New York. Established in 1889, this maple farm is located on the edge of the Adirondack Mountains, a strikingly picturesque location. This company has been family owned and operated by the Parkers since opening, and provides excellent year round service plus mail ordering. The original owners were Adolphus and Amelia Parker, who bought 61 acres of land here, one for their home and 60 for a dairy farm and sugaring operation. Since then it has grown into an over 700 acre thriving operation.
