Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort

Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort

Located just outside of San Antonio in the Texas town of New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn Waterpark is the best at what they do and that’s creating the most fun and inclusive water-bound experiences for you and your group.

There are thrill rides abound at Schlitterbahn! If you’re up for it, try out the Der Bahn Speed Slides, Double Loop Body Slides, or the Hillside Tube Chute. Let’s not forget about the kids though. Youngsters will go crazy for the many activity pools throughout the park featuring bucket dumps, giant sea monsters, kid-sized water slides, and more. The Wolfpack Raft Slide allows you to take friends along for the ride down its twists and turns. The Falls, the world’s longest water ride, is a 3,600-foot long river through waterfalls, waves, and splashes led by the AquaVeyer, the first conveyor belt to carry riders out of the water to the beginning of The Falls.

If you prefer a little slower paced excitement, check out one of the many heated pools like Bamboozle Bay or Boogie Bay. For groups wanting some downtime or a place to meet up, look into getting one of the premier cabanas. Each comes with unique amenities, lockers, and some even have BBQ grills so that you can make your own lunch. Schlitterbahn resorts are also located near the park for those desiring multiple days stays.

*NOTE: There is also a second Schlitterbahn location in Galveston, Texas. This location offers typically the same type of waterpark thrills and spills, with just slight differences in ride offerings, eateries, and size of the park.
