Ocean City, Maryland, features an old-fashioned boardwalk with wooden planks stretched over three miles of shops, restaurants, activities, games, and rides. You’ll want to make plenty of time for exploration both there and in Ocean City’s historic downtown as well as on the beach for fun in the sand and surf. But there are tons of great historic sites in the area as well. This sample itinerary highlights black history in the area.
