The University of Pennsylvania is located in Philadelphia. The perspective students in the group will experience life on campus through a group tour and information session. The information session is presented by someone in the admissions office and is 1 hour in length. The walking tour lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. The guides will be current Penn students. The University welcomes visitors of all ages. The campus group tours and information sessions are offered to high school students interested in attending the college. If you have elementary or junior high students, your group can go on a self-guided tour. There are also under graduate sessions offered at various times depending on the specific school. There are a number of extra interesting locations to take the students in order to enhance the campus visit. These include the following: the Penn Museum, the Penn Bookstore, the Institute of Contemporary Art, the Arthur Ross Gallery, campus Cultural Resource Centers, Campus Art Galleries, and Penn Park. The students may also want to experience the city of Philadelphia.
