Pentagon Memorial- On September 11, 2001, tragedy struck our nation. Our first stop is the memorial built to honor and remember those who lost their lives on that infamous day. While you’re here, reflect and renew your faith in the spirit of America.
Arlington National Cemetery- Our next stop is home to the resting place of over 400,000 people. This United States Army owned cemetery is called “our Nation’s most hallowed ground.” Visit the tomb of the unknown soldier and pay your respects to those who gave their lives for our freedom.
Monuments and Memorials Tour- Take a tour of many monuments and memorials dedicated to honoring our past. These marvels of architecture are sure to end your first day on your trip in the best way.

Library of Congress- The largest library in the world, the Library of Congress is home to millions of books, films, and much more!
Capitol Hill Tour- Take a tour of our nation’s capitol. This is the center of our government and where many historic events have occurred!
Mount Vernon- Next, we take a trip to George Washington’s home and resting place. Take a tour of the historic plantation and imagine what life could’ve been like back in the 1700s.
Alexandria’s Ghosts and Legends Lantern Tour- Explore the streets of Alexandria with your guide, led by lantern light! Ghosts, romance stories, unsolved mysteries and more are waiting for you!

White House Area Walking Tour- Tour the area around the White House. Take in all the sights and sounds while also learning more about the most famous house in America.
Ford’s Theatre/Peterson House- The site of the infamous Abraham Lincoln assassination, this is one of the most historically important stops on your trip. Tour the theatre and the Peterson house where Lincoln was taken after being shot by John Wilkes Booth.
Smithsonian Museums on the National Mall- A whopping eleven Smithsonian museums are found between 3rd Street and 14th Street. Ranging from the National Air and Space Museum to National Museum of African Art, I guarantee there is at least one museum on this tour that you will remember for the rest of your life.

Baltimore Inner Harbor- This family friendly neighborhood was once home to Baltimore’s steel mills and ship building, but is now dedicated to fun. Museums, restaurants, and scenic views make this an amazing stop on your tour.
USS Constellation & USS Torsk- The USS Constellation is the last built sail only warship built in 1853. The USS is a submarine built for the United States Navy back in World War II. Tour both of these amazing ships and put yourself in the shoes of sailors of days past.
National Aquarium- The National Aquarium holds over 17,000 species. Some of their exhibits include the Atlantic Coral Reef, Amazon River Rainforest and Dolphin Discovery!
Toby’s Dinner Theatre – OR – Medieval Time Dinner & Tournament- Dinner and a show describes both of these attractions. On one hand you have Toby’s which has musicals for children and adults with dinner and brunch buffets. Medieval Time has a four-course meal while watching feats of jousting, horsemanship and falconry.

American Visionary Art Museum- Called “one of the most fantastic museums anywhere in America” by CNN, this museum specializes in exhibits that put art, science, humor and more together!
Camden Yards Tour (Home of the Baltimore Orioles)- Take a tour of the first “retro” stadium built in 1992, the home of the Baltimore Orioles. Tour the dugout, suites and press box and enjoy visiting this baseball landmark!
