Welcome to one of Chicago's most up-and-coming neighborhoods, Wicker Park. This area has a fascinating history of a rapid transformation in the 80's and '90s from a neighborhood of 'gang bangers, drug addicts, and prostitutes' to 'one of the coolest neighborhoods in the U.S'.
