Bishop's Palace

Guests are given an inside look into what it's like on board an actual oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico, educated with inspirational displays on a number of subjects including the protection of marine wildlife, among a number of other fascinating features.

During your visit, you will be able to step up to the candy counter and see over 50 classic confections and award-winning treats, with old school classics like Peanut and Peco Brittle, Divinity, Pecan Pralines, Rock Candy, and the famous Salt Water Taffy. Guests of all ages love watching the taffy demonstrations and the ribbon candy line!

Colonel Paddlewheel Cruise
Enjoy a sightseeing or dinner cruise with your group aboard the Colonel Paddleboat, the authentic replica of an 1800s style paddlewheel that is a part of Moody Gardens. Cruise around the Offatts Bayou as you enjoy the lavish life, the boat boasting plush carpeting, elegant draperies, colorful lighting, and helpful and uniformed staff.
