Choosing a destination early allows our team to lock in rates before any price increases or hard-to-come-by accommodations or attractions and gives your students the opportunity to make smaller monthly payments, which allows them more time to cover their portion! For example, it is much easier for families to make six $100.00 payments than two $300.00 payments or even one $600.00 payment. Starting earlier also gives your students more time to fundraise! The student travel industry tends to have next year’s pricing available at the beginning of September following the Student & Youth Travel Association Conference. Those rates are usually good until the following August, so if our team can get you started earlier in the summer, we can secure those lower rates for your group. Who doesn’t love a little savings?
Depending on the destination, some accommodations and/or attractions tend to sell out fast. Washington DC is particularly guilty of this, especially in the springtime. The more time we have to start booking everything for your group, the stronger likelihood our team has to secure those elusive experiences for your students. Some attractions will not even let us book if we have too short of notice, so starting earlier is always better!
