Stop in for an evening of quality entertainment at Baltimore Center Stage during your group trip, this theater company being Baltimore's largest professional producing theater. This company began in 1963 and has since been named the state theater of Maryland.

This professional regional theater has 2 stages that offer new plays and revivals of modern and classical works. You can see such classical works such as Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Shakespeare in Love, and popular modern works like Thoughts of a Colored Man and Miss You Like Hell. The theater is 'committed to artistic excellence and ignites conversations and imaginations by producing an eclectic season of productions'. They offer engaging community programs, inspiring educational programs, and tours such as Behind the Scenes Tours, Architecture Tours, and Student Tours. Each tour lasts anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes is led by local volunteer docents who are dedicated to the theater, its past, and its future.
