Welcome to Blue Mountain Resort, the popular Poconos region ski resort located near Palmerton, in the northern part of the Lehigh Valley. This ski resort is located atop Blue Mountain, which is a part of the Kittatinny Ridge (Appalachians).
Blue Mountain Resort is best known for skiing, boarding, and tubing opportunities in the winter, the resort featuring the state's highest vertical and the longest runs. It has a top elevation of 1,540 feet and features 40 different trails and 16 different lifts. There are trails for every skill level, plus there are onsite lessons for any age.
In the summer there are even more recreation options, especially at the Summit Adventure Park. This adventure course features fun and thrills for all ages, hosting a ropes course, adventure tower, laser tag, action archery, and more. There are also options onsite for disc golf, mountain biking, segway tours, and more.
There is an onsite restaurant, Slopeside Pub and Grill, that will be perfect for your lunch and dinner needs during your visit.
