Butterfly Wonderland
Butterfly Wonderland transports guests of all ages to the rainforest by immersing them in the world of butterflies and other rainforest animals.
Welcome to Phoenix's very own Butterfly Wonderland, the largest butterfly conservatory in America that allows guests the luxury of a truly immersive 'rainforest experience'.
This indoor interactive rainforest habitat houses thousands of butterflies within, as well as a 3D theater, onsite cafe, and gift shop. You will be able to learn all about over 70 different species of butterflies that can be found within the Conservatory, this recreated ecosystem set at 80 degrees with 80% humidity year-round. You won't only get the chance to learn about various butterflies, however, you will also get the chance to get up close and personal with various unique reptiles, observe chrysalis, and indulge in edible insects during your visit! That's right, edible insects!!
There are several different galleries to explore outside of the main Conservatory here at Butterfly Wonderland, including the Emergence Gallery, Rainforest Reptiles, Honey Bee Extravaganza, Spineless Giants, and much more. Before you go stop for a quick bite to eat at the onsite eatery the Butterfly Wonderland Cafe, then head to the onsite gift shop to pick up any of your butterfly-related souvenirs or educational materials.
