Chesapeake Ghost Tours
Chesapeake Ghost Tours provides the longest trail of regional heritage walks in America, with 11 walks in different historic towns. These year-round ghost tours, paranormal investigations, and storytelling sessions are headed by Mindy Burgoyne, author of Haunted Eastern Shore: Ghostly Tales from East of the Chesapeake, and her professional tour guide team.
These tours 'dig deep into the town's ghostly history, haunted properties, and tales of the dead' and are offered on weekends March through October, with bus tours in December, January, and February.
The Ocean City Ghost Walk will lead your group along a trail of haunted properties within the historic district of Old Ocean City. On this 1.5 hour tour, you will hear about child spirits within the life-saving station, the local candy-loving ghost, the infamous Crying Indian, and much more. You will be stopping outside sites such as Trimper Amusements, the Atlantic Hotel, Plim Plaza, and more. This tour runs between the Ocean City Inlet and 4th Street, so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes!
