Your group is in for a treat with Destin Snorkel, the snorkeling and SNUBA headquarters of Destin Florida. This company, located in Harborwalk Village, provides guests with options for Two-Stop Snorkeling, SNUBA Diving, Shelling, Dolphin Spotting, Dolphin and Sunset Tours, and special Holiday/Firework Tours!
During your visit, your group is going to take the 3-hour, 2-Stop Snorkel Tour. During the tour, you will get to explore diverse ecosystems within the bay waters and man-made jetties. Your first stop will allow shallow water snorkeling for an hour or so in the bay, then you will board the boat again and head to the East Jetties on the beaches of Holiday Isle to anchor down. Here you can continue to snorkel here, or perhaps use one of the free kayaks to explore. You can also view dolphins and spend some time shelling here!
Remember to bring your swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen, your camera, and a bucket or net for shelling if you'd like.
If you would like to try SNUBA while you are here you can as well. This activity allows you to dive 20 feet below the surface and breath 20-30 minutes underwater. This gives you plenty of time to explore the seafloor and see marine life like flounder, sea anemones, burrfish, toadfish, and spadefish!
