Groups interested in an educational outing while in the Los Angeles area should not miss out on a chance to visit Discovery Cube, the science museum in Orange County with over 100 hands-on educational exhibits designed to spark children's natural curiosity.
This science museum was first founded in 1998 and has since provided students and guests of all ages with hands-on science education and STEM proficient lessons.
During your visit to the museum, you will encounter exhibits that will take you to the ends of the earth, into the earth, and all around the earth. See exhibits such as Dino Quest, Mission Control, Water Gallery, Science of Hockey, Healthy Kitchen, Boeing Rocket Lab, Planetary Research Station, Eco-Challenge, and more. Take the extra time to explore the interactive exhibits available throughout, like Cloud Ring, Seismograph, Shake-Shack, Rock Wall, and Hurricane. Each exhibit teaches scientific concepts using fun and engaging activities, and additional field trip/assembly program options allow kids to think and learn using their hands. The exhibits and lessons are in line with the Next Generation Science Standards and are sure to teach your students something new.
