Edge

"Edge invites visitors to walk out into the sky and embrace unobstructed, panoramic views of New York City like never before," says Jason Horkin, executive director of Hudson Yards Experiences.

Get ready to experience a New York thrill like no other before it with Hudson Yard's Edge attraction, the highest outdoor deck in the entire Western Hemisphere. Upon opening the Edge will stand taller than the observation decks at both the Empire State Building and Top of the Rock at the Rockefeller Center!

The building itself is an amazing sight, this 'jigsaw puzzle in the sky' made of glass panels that are angled in ways you may not have seen before architecturally.

The observation deck, located on the 100th floor, allows you to walk 65 feet out, considered the highest public balcony in New York City. The floor is made of glass, allowing you to look straight down into the Hudson Yards 1,100 feet below. Closer to the 9-foot walls at the end of the deck, you will be leaning out into Manhattan, this vantage point providing you with unbelievable city skyline views.

On the floor above you, the 101st floor, you can visit a 10,000 square foot bar and restaurant, though the entire 2.6 million square foot building will eventually house many more restaurants, office spaces, and even a performance venue.
