Everglades Holiday Park
Welcome to the Everglades Holiday Park, the wildlife preserve and park situated on 29 acres of classic southern Florida wetlands. This family-friendly venue offers up-close animal encounters and shows plus high-speed airboat rides, perfect for groups of all ages looking for some true Floridian adventure!
This south Florida alligator park is a top attraction for locals and visitors alike, the fast airboat rides and live animal presentations fascinating guests of all types. Start your visit with a zip across the 'river of grass' aboard an airboat going top speeds, an expert tour guide leading the way the entire time. The vessels are spacious, safe, comfortable, and protected from the elements and the ride lasts about an hour each time.
After your airboat ride settles in for a live alligator show featuring the Gator Boys Alligator Rescue Team, who will perform various stunts, tricks, and provide important conservation and preservation information on American Alligators and their wetland habitat. After the show opt-in for a 45-minute Animal Encounter, a fun experience in which you can get up close and personal with 5 uncaged animals, including favorite Al the baby alligator and other animals such as tortoises, skunks, raccoons, snakes, and pigs.
Student field trip groups will love an educational visit to the park, an experience known as 'pure edutainment'. Students will learn about flora and fauna of the wetland, including 2000 different varieties of plants, over 20 types of birds, and so much more!
