Galveston Water Adventures
Each March through November you can experience a super soakin' thrill like no other here in Galveston with Galveston Water Adventures, the water adventure company that offers jet boat rides, dolphin tours, and sunset cruises.
For action and adventure opt-in for the Suntime Jet Boat Thrill Ride, the ride that gives the 'thrill and excitement of right-angle turns, accelerated speeds, and 'the Hamilton Spin'', which is a maneuver that spins the boat 360 degrees on its axis, throwing head-high wall of water into the air. Speaking of which, you will want to wear clothes you don't mind getting wet, and maybe even bring an extra set to change into afterward. You will need to remove your shoes before entering the boat as well. This Jet Boat Thrill Ride will last about 25 minutes and is meant for guests 4 years and older.
You will also have additional options such as the popular Sunset Cruise, a 2-hour venture into Galveston Harbor meant for adults that takes place aboard Cruise N Time, the twin-engine open-air tour boat. You can also board this vessel for the Dolphin Sightseeing Cruise, a 1-hour cruise for any age that allows you to see birds and marine life of the harbor, especially playful dolphins. You can also customize your own private group or school tour if you so choose.
