Historic Larchmere Boulevard

Historic Larchmere Boulevard

Welcome to Historic Larchmere Boulevard, the 10-block stretch of ultimate local shopping heaven located 1 block north of Shaker Square, from East 120 Street to North Moreland. This span of ‘local vitality and offbeat charm’ was originally an ethnic neighborhood, with several original structures, small museums, and information plaques placed throughout the district to give you more information. Today this is a top shopping destination for the Cleveland area, filled with unique shops, art, antique stores, eateries, and personal services. Almost every shop you will see here is independent and locally owned, meaning that shopping here gives the city of Cleveland a really great economic boost. You can shop at such stores as Bingham's, Loganberry Books, or Marc Goodman’s. We guarantee everyone in your group will find something they like, with options such as art, antiques, home, gifts, books, clothes, health and beauty items, and resell and vintage items. There are even local specialty food and craft shops!

If you work up an appetite while shopping then head over to any of the 10 different eateries within the district, such as Big Al’s for breakfast or Flying Cranes for lunch. Not only will you have a spectacular time shopping and eating, but you may also be here during one of the popular annual festivals, the most iconic being PorchFest, Larchmere Festival, and the city-wide kick off the season Holiday Stroll. The Holiday Stroll takes place each November 27-29th and allows guests to peruse the over 40 independent stores and services, as well as participate in local festivities such as horse-drawn wagon rides, cookie and cider samplings, and live caroling.

No matter what season you visit Larchmere for, you won’t regret it, all the ‘offbeat charm’ of this local district enticing and entertaining!
