Historic Pensacola Tour

Historic Pensacola Tour

Come be a part of history being brought to life!

Pensacola boasts over 450 years of history as America's first multi-year settlement, with plenty for your group to explore within the historic village!

Historic Pensacola sits on 9 acres, holding 30 different historic sites and properties within, all of which are within the footprints of the original Spanish and British forts in downtown Pensacola. While here you can choose to explore the area on your own, take a village tour, or listen to the period-dressed living history interpreters at your leisure. Historic Pensacola puts on its own village tour that lasts about 1.5 hours and allows you to see the Tivoli High House, 1805 Lavalle House, 1871 Dorr House, 1832 Old Christ Church, and 1890 Lear House. There is so much more to see while here, though, including the following:

  • T.T. Wentworth, Jr. Museum
  • Pensacola Children's Museum
  • Museum of Commerce
  • Museum of Industry
  • Voices of Pensacola
  • Old Christ Church
  • Manuel Barrios Cottage
  • Julee Cottage
  • Barkley House
  • McMillan House
  • Fountain Park
  • Colonial Archaeological Trail

Go Retro also puts on a Historic Pensacola Tour here, for another touring option.
