Traveling out to Kissimmee Castle is like traveling back to medieval Spain. Complete with a moat, drawbridge, and authentic eight-cottage village, Medieval Times’ park is like jumping the centuries to participate in European castle life. Park employees portray characters with their own backstories and personalities. The king of this court is King Don Carlos who rules with his daughter, Princess Catalina, and his kingdom in mind. The king’s court would not be complete without his knights, the Royal Falconer, his Lord Chancellor, or the Master of Horse who has control over all 400 of the castle’s beautiful, well-trained steeds.

A landmark, Kissimmee Castle was the first to be built by Medieval Times in North America, having opened its drawbridge to the public in 1983. Come visit this living Renaissance fair in a realistic, fully operational castle. Have dinner while you cheer on your favorite knight in the jousting tournament or the sword-fighting trials. Watch as the court proceedings unfold and the king interacts with his subjects. Wonder at the drama, the thrill, and excitement of an 11th-century story set in medieval Spain.

An excellent four-course meal is served during the show that you must eat with your hands like a real citizen of 11th century Spain. While you are waiting for the dinner and show, feel free to explore the village, the Hall of Arms with medieval artifacts, or shake your stuff on the dance floor.

Groups are more than welcome and special occasions are offered package combos to help you celebrate your event as best as possible. Birthday parties, corporate events, social group outings, or scout troops are treated like honored guests each with their own customized package.
