St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum

Formerly located in the Florida Keys under the name of the Pirate Soul Museum, the St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum is a must-visit for any groups interested in an equally entertaining and educational local history experience!

Featuring over 5,000 square feet of pirate fun, the Pirate & Treasure museum allows you to go back in time, over 300 years ago to the Golden Age of Piracy in Port Royal Jamaica! Explore the various exhibits and artifacts, seeing such things as a real cannon, Jack Sparrow's sword, the captain's cabin, the world's oldest wanted poster, and a real gold bar. You will learn all about these items and their significance, as well as about local pirate legends like Sir Francis Drake and Robert Searles.

If your group would like to opt-in for a tour you will experience a 1 hour narrated journey featuring several interesting tales and interactive activities along the way. This museum truly embraces the 'please touch' attitude! Outside you can also explore the scenic courtyard, with gorgeous views of the historic Matanzas River and San Marcos Fort.
