Texas Ballet Theater
Welcome to one of the absolute best performing arts centers in the region, the ATT Performing Arts Center Dallas. This spot, along with the Bass Performance Hall Fort Worth not too far away, holds the Texas Ballet Theater, considered to be the ‘only arts organization to serve as a resident company’ in these areas. This theater company has a mission to ‘create, present, and tour world-class ballet, from classic to cutting edge, and to promote its application, acceleration, and technical mastery among students’. The amazing performers you will see here are considered to be some of the ‘most talented artists on the stage today’, providing work on stage that is both historically significant and culturally relevant, a truly amazing educational opportunity for your students.
There are typically about 3-6 productions going on at one time here, the facility currently featuring such popular shows as Carmen and Danse A Grande Vitesse, The Nutcracker, Nutty Nutcracker, and Alice in Wonderland. The director of all this massive talent, Ben Stevenson, OBE, has done well to put together these world-class productions featuring breathtaking scenery, scope, and style, the man providing the perfect blend of artistry and athleticism in his staffing.
