ZooWorld

ZooWorld

A great place to take a break from the beach.

Welcome to Panama City Beach's ZooWorld, the local zoological park focusing on conservation with over 260 animals inside. This zoo features regular educational programs, experiences, and shows in an authentic tropical setting, the conservatory home to exotic animals from all over the world!

While here, members of your student group will have the option to 'pet a sloth, kiss a giraffe, snuggle a lemur, hold an alligator, or even pet a porcupine'. Talk about a truly fun and immersive experience! You will also have options to partake in the flamingo experience, giraffe feeding, walk through the budgie bush aviary, and much more. Student groups visiting for field trip purposes will encounter an 'active education and multisensory learning' experience, each student getting a free animal feeding, educational presentation, and hands-on encounter. Plus, teachers get in free!

There are new experiences at the zoo regularly, such as the most recent additions of hatchet throwing, the new crane breeding facility, the African crested porcupine nursery experience, and the larger interactive lion exhibit. It is easy to see why ZooWorld is considered to be 'wilder than the beach at Spring Break!'
