Seattle Center

Welcome to the 74-acre entertainment campus known as the Seattle Center.

Our purpose is to create exceptional events, experiences and environments that delight and inspire the human spirit to build stronger communities.

This arts, education, and tourism center was originally built for the 1962 World's Fair, though it has only grown in popularity since then. There are over 14,000 events here per year, as well as over 30 museums, gardens, theaters, sports stadiums, restaurants, and shops total. All together, this all brings over 12,000,000 guests to the Seattle Center each year!

The attractions and events here are centered around the International Fountain, something you can't miss while here! There is a plethora of public art and sculpture installments throughout the 74-acre campus, as well as fun outdoor activities. Here are some of the bigger attractions located on site:

You will undoubtedly work up an appetite while exploring the area, so be sure to save plenty of time to eat at any of the onsite restaurants, some favorites including Big Food BBQ, Blue Water Taco, Cool Guys Fry Bar, and The Confectional.
