Dolly Parton's Stampede

Showcasing the skills and talents of live animals and their handlers, Dixie Stampede is a phenomenon of performance arts. Dramatic lighting, sound, and pyrotechnics add to the experience and make you feel like you're in the thick of an exciting rodeo. During the show, you'll be delighted by the bluegrass and country music band, dance choreography, comedy, and of course, the live animal performances. You might even be lucky enough to see Dolly Parton herself stop by for an appearance!

Splash Country

The location is fun for students of all ages. Your student group can ride 23 different slides. Featured rides include the following: RiverRush, the Bear Mountain Fire Tower, Big Bear Plunge, Fire Tower Falls, Mountain Scream, Mountain Twist, and Raging RiverRapids. The park also features an exciting zip line tour known as “Skyzip.” The experience includes four treks ranging in length from 700 to 1,000 feet. In addition, the students will teeter above the treetops on a 100-foot-long swinging bridge. The tour is an hour in length. Come with your student tour and visit this one-of-a-kind entertaining attraction!

With over 40 rides, 15 shows, and five amazing festivals, Dollywood is sure to delight your student group. New in 2016 is the world's fastest roller coaster, Lightning Rod, which rockets along the 3,800-foot track at a thrilling 73 miles per hour. If you're not quite up for the daunting ride, try the Daredevil Falls log flume, Dollywood Express locomotive ride, or the Mystery Mine dark roller coaster.
